| Condition | : | Insurance Claim Damaged On May 25, 2026, a trailer loaded with rice was reported stolen from the customer's facility in Milton, Ontario. The trailer was subsequently recovered on June 4, 2026. Upon inspection of the recovered cargo, the load was found to be substantially intact. One bag of rice appears to have been cut open during the theft; however, no other visible damage or shortages were reported. Due to the loss event and subsequent recovery, the consignee has declined acceptance of the shipment. The product is being offered for sale on an "as is, where is" basis, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own inspection prior to bidding. The successful purchaser will be responsible for all loading, transportation, freight, and logistics costs associated with removal and delivery to the final destination. |
