The container was hit by external force on the top right side, resulting in 29 pcs of solar panel from 4 pallets having external observable damage. The rest pallets and panels were in apparent good conditon. Pictures were taken during inspection. This sale is available for 675 undamaged, otherwise apparent sound & intact condition. The Auction will end when the seller receives an acceptable offer. Please note that the seller can reject any and all offers. Sellers do not bind themselves to accept the highest or any offer. This lot is being sold “AS IS WHERE IS” basis. The buyer is responsible for handling and transport. Buyer must verify quality and quantity before removing lot from the location. |

This container load of JA Deep Blue 3.0 Solar Panels were suffered an external damage during transport and as a result some of the product damaged. The consignee rejected all cargo including the undamaged part. Damaged parts (29 panels) have no commercial value. Therefore excluded from the sale and sent to disposal. The undamaged part (591 panels) is being sold by the Insurance Company to recover some funds from the loss.
