These are brand new electric mini-pickup trucks. The original buyer defaulted on their payment before shipping, so they are on a dock in China. They are being sold per four units, which will fit into a 40' container. Since there are 23, the last container would have three only. These are well engineered and have several upgrades, not found in most vehicles of this type, such as disk brakes and Macpherson front suspension. Please see full specs below for further description:

It is important to note that the range is approximated, based on typical (not top) city speeds and 1/2 capacity load. Each actual situation will offer differing results. However, what we can say with confidence is our estimates are more realistic than most other manufacturers, who have the same load and speed dynamics but offer more wishful range specs..
For import into most nations, not including USA, Canada, EU, UK, Japan, South Korea or Switzerland:
The Manufacturer will issue Certificates of Origin for each vehicle. This is generally what most nations use to create vehicle titles locally. For the rare instance where the local authorities require actual titles, the manufacturer will comply by issuing a USA Department of Transportation recognized title document for each vehicle.
For import into EU, UK Switzerland:
The issue is not the official documentation, as the Certificate of Origin will generally cover those requirements. The issue would be road safety regulations. There are work-arounds available but it would not be a smooth and easy paperwork process. Special provisions allow these vehicles to be classified so that they can be imported into and used in most "Western" nations, starting with either a Certificate of Origin or a USA title. However, each nation has its own provisions and the buyer should check with their local authorities before buying. We can help the buyer with some tips and by explaining the correct nomenclature.
For import into the USA:
The rules are borderline nonsensical because the Federal DOT and the individual states are not on the same page of rules. We can provide a more detailed explanation upon request but for brevity, now: For use on private property, no speed limit is needed. For use on public roads, each state (most all) have their own little gimmick to put license plates on these and use them with the existing (machine) speed limits--on roads but not on highways. Basically, these would be in the same class as ATVs. Most states have a method to put plates on ATVs. This can cost a few hundred dollars each for filing and processing (buyer's expense) but this method is considered legitimate. Once so licensed, it may not be possible to plate them as "commercial vehicles". (Some municipalities require commerical plates to park during the day--at loading zones). For other places, company lettering on the doors might be sufficient to keep the parking-tickets away. We can only advise on these points, we can not guarantee.
Canada, Japan, South Korea:
We only know what we don't know. Canada will probably be a similar situation to the USA and for Japan and S. Korea, the only thing we think we know is that the safety issues are probably secondary. They will probably have pesky rules, which try to frustrate anyone from importing vehicles made anywhere else, These may be disguised as safety or official titling rules but in past experience, these countries vigorously defend their local manufacturing of similar machines.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE AWARE OF YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
