The plane is also available on lease purchase. 

The A/C is parked at the hangar. As is, with only the number 2 engine installed. The buyer must reactivate this aircraft after prolonged parking without being on the Boeing storage program, perform a C3 check, complete the list of open items such as escape slides and door trim, bridge to Boeing MPD, paint, install one engine, perform a main bearing inspection on the installed engine, etc. The aircraft comes with EFIS.

The plane was always configured as a freighter from new.

The maintenance program can be adapted to Boeing MPD-MSG-3 at a cost under $20,000, and will require about 2 weeks to perform. Under the MSG-3, the CPCP and structural inspections are integrated into the maintenance program. The aircraft has TCAS 7.1 installed, reducing the cost ADS-B out. The aircraft has not been in the Boeing storage program.

  • Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
  • This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
  • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
  • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
  • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
  • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
  • 1). Refundable security deposit to be paid up front in the amount of USD $450,000 in order to take this aircraft and engines off the market.
    **Deposit to be paid in two (2) separate payments:
    1). $300,000 to Salvex per the wire instructions listed for Salvex Group, Inc
    2). $150,000 to Seller (details to be provided upon receipt of funds for deposit to Salvex)

    2). USD $1,550,000 balance due upon successful inspection, in order to finalize purchase of the aircraft.
    **Buyer's request to finalize payment through an Escrow service is acceptable by the seller

    3). Payment of the balance of USD $1,550,000 must be paid in full to seller (can be completed through Escrow service) no later than fifteen (15) business days after successful inspection.

    4). Logistics for removal must be coordinated and confirmed by Buyer, Seller and Salvex within seven (7) business days of final payment of the balance due.

    5). Seller confirms that the aircraft is free of liens, duties or encumbrances. All related documentation will be provided directly by the Seller to the Buyer upon execution of payment of initial deposit of $300,000, where Buyer will be introduced to Seller for direct communication

    6). Product location details will be provided to Buyer upon receipt of deposit payment.
