This Asphalt Plant is no longer needed for the company's own operation and is being sold as an asset liquidation for its owner.
Asphalt Recycling Plant condition and details per owner:
Capable of up to 250 tons an hour ($10,000-$20,000 worth of hot mix per hour depending on location in the world). Can do 100% recycle, or combination. Turn old asphalt pile into cash.
Was patented and build completion in 1995. Total run time is only 300-400 hrs. Was brought to California 8 years ago and passed most needed air quality regulations, however the project manager retired and the company decided not to keep it in production.
Complete machine weighs 147,000 lbs and on its own trailer, partially disassembled, as you will see in the pictures. This would reduce weight accordingly to the weight spreadsheet on last two images. Currently burners are off as well as external piping. The top section can also be taken off as seen in some pictures, and be shipped separately with burners and some of external pieces. Please notice tires and rims are currently off, and unit has 4 axles.
This machine would cost around $750,000 to build nowadays. It can be stored for another 3 months or possibly longer if needed once buyer makes payment on the unit.
Could literally pay for the machine in a few working days once set up. Even after shipping and set up costs.
Has 7 Hauk Diesel Burners
Only needs around 5 burners to produce 250 tons an hour.
4 50HP Electric Motors. Which run by trunions and same concept as a rail car on a rail. Diesel fired burners and electric driven drum and fan or blower on three phase system. No other motors or engines or major driving components.

Top rectangular section of machine can come off to help reduce height and weight.
Total weight of machine and components is approx 149,000 lbs Located very close to port of Los Angeles approx 70-90 miles.
