The cargo is presently loaded on a dry van. Per surveyor's report it was noted that the front panel of the trailer at the roof line it was pushed outward off of the rivets. A couple of the side wall panels were slightly bulged outward. There were two large collapsible metal racks loaded onto the trailer. Large flat glass panels were loaded onto both sides of each collapsible rack. Several panels of the glass slid forward off of each rack and onto the floor. Cracked glass on the rear most rack with some broken glass on the ground was noted. The front most rack demonstrated greater glass breakage likely because the glass panels slid off the rack and into the front inner trailer wall. No damage was noted to the collapsible racks.
All of the glass is in a precarious position because an estimated 40% of it has slid forward off of the rack and onto the floor of the trailer where several of the panels have broken leaving behind shards of glass. It will be difficult to recover the undamaged glass panels because of the dangerous condition the broken glass shards present. Being sold as "AS IS, WHERE IS". Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling.
