Nonwovens Spunbound Fabric Manufacturing Production Lines - Fire-Damaged (3 Production Lines) FOR SCRAP

Seller Description

These three Production Lines and Associated Ancillary Equipment were subjected to fire-damaged. Specifications are provided below:

PP1 Production Line 

• Plant/ Equipment:   REICOFIL 4 SXMMS 3200 4 MF-Bico for the production of spunbonded nonwovens, with 2 spunbond and 2 meltblown beams, 3200 mm nominal width, with 3 roll calendar, humidifier, drum dryer and inder, rewinder, hybrid recycling system with die cleaning equipment.
• Fabric Gross Width:  3.20 m
• Installed capacity:  800 m/min
• OEM: REIFENHAUSER GmbH & Co. KG, Germany
• Contract Date: 19/05/2005
• Commissioning Date: 2008
• Condition: Considerably damaged; OEM recommends complete replacement

PET Production Line:

• Plant/ Equipment:  Spunbonding Plant for the production of PES spunbond nonwoven fabrics to be used as Roofing carriers
• Fabric Gross Width: 5.20 m
• Production Capacity: up to 1310 kg/h
• OEM: ORV Manufacturing S.p.A, Italy
• Contract Date: 29/12/2006
• Commissioning Date: 2011
• Condition: Heavily damaged; OEM recommends complete replacement.

PP2 Production Line

• Plant/ Equipment: REICOFIL 4 SSMMMS 4200 4 for the production of composite spunbonded nonwovens, with 3 spunbond and 3 meltblown beams, 4200 mm nominal width, with 3 roll twin calendar, humidifier, drum dryer and winding system.
• Fabric Gross Width:  4.20 m
• Installed Capacity: 1000 m/min
• OEM: REIFENHAUSER GmbH & Co. KG, Germany
• Contract Date:  30/11/2011
• Commissioning Date: 2014
• Condition:  Partially damaged; OEM says it is repairable but difficult.

Other Equipment: Other equipment installed at the facility include:

• Electrical installations to support the three production lines,
• HVAC equipment,
• Fire suppression systems,
• Ancillary equipment i.e. overhead gantry cranes, storage hoppers, packing systems etc., some of which are not affected and may or may not be available for sale.

Seller Terms

• Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
• This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
• Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
• Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
• Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
• It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
