The IQF packs predominantly exhibited moderate to heavy frosting, with clumping ranging from approximately 10% to 48% of the pack contents. A distinct fishy/off odour was detected throughout, and several of the block-frozen samples showed 100% clumping accompanied by a strong off odour. Additionally, settled liquid that had subsequently refrozen was observed at the bottom of the retail cartons and inside the poly liners of the block-frozen packs. The product is being offered on an "as is, where is" basis. |
