This is what the surveyor found during their survey on 3/9/2026:  Core temps were sitting between 8.1°F and 8.9°F, and the cartons were generally clean and dry. The shrimp was hard frozen at the time of inspection, though most samples showed moderate to heavy frost.   They also noticed that pretty much every carton had signs of liquid that had pooled or settled inside before refreezing, plus some frost and ice on the exposed shrimp along the tops of the blocks. In a few samples, they saw slight reddish discoloration on the swimmerets and appendages.  In addition, no off odors to report.
