Original shipment consisted of 850 x 50 lb bags of Milliana 10X Powder, with an original BOL weight of 42,500 lbs. Cargo was involved in a transportation accident and a portion of the shipment was lost/damaged. Remaining quantity is to be confirmed.
Product is currently located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Available for salvage sale on an AS-IS, WHERE-IS basis. Buyer should inspect/verify remaining quantity, packaging condition, product condition and suitability for buyer's intended use prior to purchase.
Original BOL is available. Photos and additional information can be provided. Buyer to arrange pickup/removal subject to site requirements.
Seller Terms
- Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
- This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
