| Condition Description | : | During transit, the refrigerated container experienced a mechanical failure and was replaced with a new container at the trans-shipment port in Colombia, and upon inspection at destination, visible ice was observed near the container doors, along with water stains and bloodstains on the container floor, while all sampled cartons were found to be damp, deformed, softened, and leaking, with blood-stained water seeping out in some cases and fish dislodged from their original packaging, and the cargo generally showed signs of thawing and softening. The consignee has advised that this shipment is intended for use as bait for tuna fishing, but they have emphasized that the quality requirements for this bait are equivalent to those for human consumption, and should the cargo show any signs of spoilage or decomposition, it will be rendered completely unusable for its intended purpose |

- Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
- This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
