Survey findings report moderate to heavy frosting and ice accumulation, significant clumping, and approximately 100% of the inspected 20/30 and 30/40 shrimp contents frozen into solid blocks. Brown/grey discoloration was noted in most cartons, with slight off-odour detected in isolated samples. Several cartons were also observed to be wet-stained and/or partially crushed, and some stretch-wrapped pallets showed ice build-up beneath the wrapping.
