Based on the survey findings, a number of cartons were observed broken, torn, crushed, or deformed, with contents displaced, scattered, and in some instances partially fallen out. In some cases, the internal foam protections were found damaged, broken, or ineffective, allowing the components to move freely and shift within or outside the packaging.   The extent of the damage ranges from minor cosmetic impairment, including light scratches, abrasions, and dents, to more severe conditions where components were found loose and scattered throughout the warehouse, requiring collection, sorting, and possible reconditioning. While certain items may still appear to be in acceptable condition, their full operational and cosmetic status cannot be conclusively determined without further detailed inspection and testing.   The consignee has agreed that the goods may be disposed of on a salvage value basis. We understand that, prior to any salvage disposal, the logo displayed on the compressor nameplate will be removed accordingly. All the items are "as is, where is". Buyer is responsible for loading, freight and logistics to final destination.
