The Bill of Lading (BoL) lists 21 packages, but the claimant reports only 6 bundles were transported to Edmonton. The surveyor's report and photos suggest at least 3 additional bundles remain in the salvage yard, while the rest appears to be unbundled. Condition Assessment: approx. 42% is still bundled and, from the images, seems to be in fair to good condition. Of the unbundled lumber, the surveyor's photos indicate that approximately 70% has only minor to light damage. Please check the photos for a better understanding. |

- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
