    Circumstances Leading to Damage:  The cargo was loaded in Shanghai, China, on Dec. 08, 2024, and shipped to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, arriving on 01.01.2025.  After discharge, the containers were stored at the port for nine days before being loaded onto trucks for delivery to Lusaka, Zambia.  One container was involved in a road accident near Kitonga, Tanzania, raising suspicions of damage to the cargo inside.  Per survey findings, all packages were delivered in full with no shortages. Damage Observed: 21 packages suffered varying degrees of damage, including cracks, chipping, dents, and deformations.  In conclusion, while the cargo was delivered in full, 21 packages were damaged, likely due to the road accident during transit. The damage includes cracks, chipping, dents, and deformations. Please check the photos for a better understanding.
