    Item Description

    This AC Rig  is no longer needed for company's own operation and is being sold as an asset liquidation for its owner.

     

    Equipment Information:

     

    Top Drive:

    • TDS-11HP 500 ton (or equivalent) powered by two 400 HP AC VFD motors.
    • 27-1/2 rotary powered by one 150 HP AC VFD motor (for tool positioning, not drilling).
    • Rotating mousehole for top drive link-tilt with tubular handling.

    Drawworks:

    • single OEM AC motor (regenerative braking).
    • Auxiliary disc brakes for emergency stop and parking.

     

    Engine/Generator Sets:

    • Four Cat D3512C diesel engines rated at 1476HP each.
    • Four KATO 1204KW generators with 1050KW usable output supplying AC power to Omron IDM VFDs for mud pumps, drawworks, top drive, and auxiliary equipment.

     

    Overhead String:

    • 400-ton split crown and traveling blocks with an 8-line string up of 1-1/4 drilling line.

     

    Mast:

    • 134 clearance and 600,000# hook load.
    • Integrated top drive rails allowing the top drive to travel in the mast during rig moves.

     

    Substructure:

    • 30 substructure rated at 600,000# rotary load and 450,000# simultaneous setback.
    • 26 clearance below rotary beams with an integrated fluid containment drainage system.

     

    Skidding System:

    • Hydraulic ram-type skidding system with a maximum spacing of 10 ft between rows, and a total skidding distance of 75 ft.

     

    Driller Controls:

    • OIDM electronic driller with integrated controls and monitoring.
    • Block speed control system minimizing surge and swab pressures.

     

    Blowout Preventer Equipment:

    • One 11 5M double ram preventer, one 11 5M annular preventer, and one Shaffer 7-station accumulator.
    • Includes an integrated BOP handling system.

     

    Mud System:

    • 847 barrels total active capacity with two 8 x 6 x 75 HP centrifugal pumps and a vacuum degasser.
    • Mixing and blending tanks on a common skid, four King Cobra (or equivalent) shale shakers.

     

    Mud Pumps:

    • Two Gardner-Denver PZ-11 1600HP triplex pumps driven by 1300HP AC VFD motors.

     

    Drill Pipe and Drill Collars:

    • 15,000 feet of 5 drill pipe.
    • 24 drill collars of various sizes and 15 joints of 5 heavyweight drill pipe.

     

    Pipe Handling System:

    • Floor-mounted iron roughneck for making up drill pipe and collars.
    • Hydraulic catwalk system.

     

    Winterization Package:

    • Includes a 200 hp diesel/natural gas boiler, hot air heater, steel wind walls, and more for cold-weather operations.

     

    Auxiliary Equipment:

    • Motorized drill line spool and satellite-based WAN for communication.

    • Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
    • This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
    • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
    • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
    • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
