This Container was opened and inspected.  We were able to go partially into this container and we are providing the information below based upon our inspection.   The container did not show any water damage or any penetration of water within the container.

About this medication:

Peg 3350 is a generic, over-the-counter laxative that is also the active ingredient in brand-name MiraLAX. Peg 3350, or polyethylene glycol 3350, increases the water content in the large intestine, helping to relieve constipation by making it easier to pass stools. POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL 3350 is used to treat occasional constipation. It works by holding water in the stool to soften the stool and increases the number of bowel movements. It is known as an osmotic-type laxative. It works by increasing the amount of water your intestine absorbs. This softens the stool, making it easier to have a bowel movement. It also increases pressure, which prompts the muscles in your intestines to move stool. It belongs to a group of medications called laxatives.   To use this product: open package, mix the powder with a glass (4-8 ounces/120-240 milliliters) of liquid such as water, juice, soda, coffee, or tea. Before drinking the solution, stir the powder well until it completely dissolves.

Special conditions for this sale:  (THESE TERMS CAN NOT BE ALTERED WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT)

1) This sale must be paid within 48 hours of notice / invoice of an accepted high bid - seller has the right to take the next bid if top bidder does not send payment on time

2) Buyer must pick up the containers and return the containers back to the designated lot (same as pick up location)  (Port of New York/New Jersey - Elizabeth NJ)

3) Buyer can not off load these containers at Sellers location - the containers must be picked up, offloaded offsite and returned.  Your bid cannot change these terms (for example: "Loaded on buyers trucks") is not acceptable.

4) There is no additional charges by the Seller to pick up and drop off the containers.  There are no additional costs or charges from storage yard/storage facility to load container on your chasis/truck.

5) Container must be picked up within 7 days of notice / invoice.

6) If container is not picked up with 7 days or an agreement to pick up is confirmed in writing, buyer will knowingly forfeit the funds paid and the lot will be offered to an underbidder.  Buyer must provide name of trucker before picking up the container.

7)  Your bid is acceptance of these conditions.

8) Any changes to these conditions must be pre-approved by the seller.

9) Salvex can require a deposit to qualify your bid.  If Salvex requests a deposit, the deposit must be received within 24 hours or proof of deposit made.  If this is not received Salvex can disqualify and cancel your bid at the discretion of Salvex Inc.
