This Lot of 24" Pipe Hydrostatic Test Headers with Fill/Dewater Spools (2 Set)­­­­­ is no longer needed for company's own operation and is being sold as an asset liquidation for its owner.

Details are listed below:

• Header body material is 24” ERW 0.625” WT X65 steel pipe with one end beveled for welding onto 24” line pipe.
• Approximate header overall length is 30 feet, which allows for pigs to be pre-loaded into the back of the header prior to testing to be used for dewatering.
• The headers and fill assembly are accompanied by a complete job book containing all Material Test Reports (MTR’s), material maps, and fabrication/testing documentation.
• The headers were shop hydrotested for 4 hours where they saw a minimum pressure of 3326 psig and a maximum pressure of 3345 psig.  They were also each used for two 10 hour field hydrotests that saw a minimum pressure of 2304 psig and a maximum pressure of 2460 psig. 
• The 12” and 6” filling and dewatering spool assemblies were hydrotested to a minimum of 1097 psig and a maximum of 1102 psig, and the test was held for 4 hours.
• All welds have been 100% nondestructive examination inspected per API 1104, and were made by welders qualified to API 1104
  • All butt and girth welds were 100% X-Ray or UT Phased Array inspected
  • All fillet and socket welds were 100% Mag Particle tested
• The end of the header opposite the beveled end is flanged with a 900# raised face blind flange with a 2” NPT tapped center hole.
• Each header body has a 24” 0.625” WT x 12” 0.500” WT barred tee installed ~10 feet from the front (beveled end) of the header, leaving ~19 feet between the tee and the back (flanged end) of the header
  • Branching from each tee is a 12” ERW 0.500 WT X52 spool piece and a 12” 900# full port ball valve that has a 12” 900# raised face blind flange with a 1” NPT tapped center hole
• There are two 2” 6000# threadolets, nipples, and valves branching vertically from the 24” header body between the 12” tee and the beveled end of the header.
• There are four 2” 6000# threadolets, nipples, and valves branching vertically from the 24” header body between the 12” tee and the flanged end of the header.
• Also included are 12” 0.500 WT and 6” STD spool pieces with a 6” 300# globe valve for filling and dewatering (to be removed during testing, MAOP is lower than test headers).  
• Headers have been painted with Sherwin Williams Fast Clad DTM Mastic Urethane in Flint Gray.
