| Condition | : | This used NOV 300Q-5L Quintuplex Plunger Pump (1 unit) had its pump fully reconditioned and it was torn down completely (fluid and power end) and put in needed parts to bring the pump up to a rebuilt pump status. The pump was reinstalled on location, ran for a short period to satisfactory results, and has not been run since. The unit is in good condition and it is not ideal for the seller's specific well condition. It is being sold "as-is, where-is" with no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind from the Seller nor Salvex Inc. The Seller has the right to accept or reject any offers. The buyer must verify quantity & quality at the time of, or before loading the product. The buyer is responsible for the removal of units. The location will provide a crane to load the buyer's truck, so it will be for the buyer to coordinate the pick up. |

- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
