| Condition | : | Damaged- with some dents, bent frames, and scratches on the units. It is believed that the driver had been driving too fast and the container flipped over. Some units of the cargo were damaged from this impact. It is believed that 29 of the units appear to be undamaged (minor cosmetic scrapes, but no severe damage); 30 units appear to be severely damaged. Damages were fairly homogenous, consisting of bending in the frames, distortion of the units and accessories and breaking of pieces. In addition to this, there was severe scratching and scrapes to these pieces. Being sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling. |

- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
