Abandoned cargo. One of the containers was opened (see photos), so the images represent 1 of 2 containers. The 2nd container was not opened, but is included on the same packing list as container 1. Expiration dates seen in photos are representative of the contents of the open container. The other container cannot be verified prior to purchase and removal of the containers. 

Winning buyer must send UIIA approved trucking company to pick up the product, and returrn empty containers back. 

Special conditions for this sale:

1. This sale must be paid within 48 hours of notice / invoice of an accepted high bid - seller has the right to take the next bid if top bidder does not send payment on time
2.  Buyer must pick up the containers and return the containers back to the designated lot (same as pick up location)
3.  Buyer can not off load these containers at Sellers location - the containers must be picked up, offloaded offsite and returned.
4. There are no additional charges by the Seller to pick up and drop off the containers. There are no additional costs or charges from storage yard/storage facility to load container on your chasis/truck.
5.  Container must be picked up within 7 days of notice / invoice.
6.  If container is not picked up with 7 days or an agreement to pick up is confirmed in writing, buyer will knowingly forfeit the funds paid and the lot will be offered to an underbidder. Buyer must provide name of trucker before picking up the container.
7. Your bid is acceptance of these conditions.
8. Any changes to these conditions must be pre-approved by the seller.
9. Salvex can require a deposit to qualify your bid. If Salvex requests a deposit, the deposit must be received within 24 hours or proof of deposit made. If this is not received Salvex can disqualify and cancel your bid at the discretion of Salvex

Being sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling.

Buyer must verify quality and quantity before removing lot from the location.
