    Condition:

    The original container in which the cargo was stuffed had sustained mechanical damages and possibly temperature malfunction. Hence, the cargo was transloaded into a new reefer container on June 21, 2022 at Singapore. Shipper cannot import the cargo at the intended destination as the certificates of health, veterinary and origin are void and no replacement certificates will be issued by the authorities. 

    Surveyor Remarks:

    1. During survey on the 21st June 2022, we inspected 18 carton boxes and contents and found them to be in hard frozen condition with no odour.
    2. The carrier refused to release the temperature data of the original container throughout the voyage prior to cross-stuffing at Singapore on the 21st June 2022. Hence, we are unable to provide the temperature data of the original container throughout voyage and transit prior to the cross-stuffing.
    3. Pulp temperatures of the cargo during the survey on the 21st June 2022 ranged between -13.3º to -18.5ºCelsius.
    4. There are no replacement certificates of health, origin, veterinary which reflect the new container number and new seal number.

    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
