| Condition | : | The container was damaged by the storm which caused the container to overturn and the diesel in the container to leak. According to the survey, there is serious deformation of the side beam of the top of the container. Moreover, damage to several frames of the container and falling off of the paint coating the damaged parts. Internal structure is basically intact but the reefer was damaged in many places and the reefer function is invalid. Repairing the container is not financially feasable. Please check the photos for a better understanding. The Auction will be ended when the seller receives an acceptable offer. Please note that the seller can reject any and all offers. Sellers do not bind themselves to accept the highest or any offer. This lot is being sold “AS IS WHERE IS” basis. The buyer is responsible for handling and transport. Buyer must verify quality and quantity before removing lot from the location. |

Item Description
This Reefer Container was purchased new but suffered damage by the storm in February 2022 in the Container Yard and being sold by the insurers to recover funds from the loss.

- Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
- This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
