| Condition | : | All these products in new in the box. The reason for the closeout is that on the desk and audio towers, one hole is slightly off when lining up for assembly. It may be possible that these can be assembled and useable without the last bolt being inserted, but to align and get the last one put incorrectly, it will take a slight adjustment using a drill to modify the hole. This is a very minor fix, and some may not even need it. File cabinets are fully assembled and ready to sell. No restrictions on name usage-product sold "as is" because of possible quality issue listed above. Being sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling. |

- Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
- This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
