Condition Breakdown:
- 11 tires XDR3 and 2 tires XDR250 = Damage without cutting or exposing cables.
- 21 tires XDR3 and 16 tires XDR250 = Damage with cuts but without exposure of hoop cables.
- 1 tires XDR3 and 4 tires XDR250 = Damage with cuts with exposure of hoop cables.

| Condition Description | : | These 55 Michelin tires go on heavy equipment mining vehicles and were new at the date of loss when damage to tires was observed. Tires arrived to Colombia as its intended destination in four different shipments between August and September of 2018 and have been nationalized in Colombia with all import duties paid for. Tires have some cuts and/or marks on their sides, apparently caused by the nails of a forklift. There are no signs of chemical contamination or burns to the tyres. The cuts observed did not go through the rubber. Please see photos for an idea of condition. Being sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling. |

- Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.

- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
