Calvary C9 12in RFFE Expanding Gate Valve Trimmed for Crude Oil Service, With DTR System. 12-14in Electric Gate Assembly
The Calvary C9-EX compact-body Expanding Wedge Through-Conduit gate valves are designed for corrosive or erosive Pipeline service in oil and natural gas wellhead or other critical service applications in ANSI 150 Class operating pressures. It features a compact face-to-face design for limited space installations.
All Model C9-EX expanding gate valves are API 6D and are in accordance with ANSI 16.47 series B. The movement of the parallel expanding gate provides a bubble-tight mechanical seal to assure positive shut-off while reducing wear between the sealing surfaces and extending the valve life. This provides a superior valve in demanding applications including those requiring provable zero-leakage in Double Block and Bleed service. The design permits venting and draining of line fluids from the body and the small body cavity allows for rapid drainage. These features resulting from the rugged design make it suitable for both common and more difficult applications in terminal operations throughout the energy industry.
