| Condition | : | Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties. There was a car accident during the delivery of the container with TVs from the port to the final consignee. The container was flipped over to the dirt embankment and thus, the load was rejected. According to Surveyor :Some cartons has physical damages such as compressions, tears, and dirt/muddy staining. Most of the damage found was related to water.Some cartons remained saturated at the time of survey. They found soft cartons and tide marks. Some of the taped seams had popped. Fiberboard surfaces were faded and wrinkled. The wet cartons were shrink-wrapped which trapped the moisture within. This was particularly problematic because of the cross pattern in which the cartons were stacked on the pallets. Some wet cartons, for example, were resting on the top tier, and across all (6) bottom tier cartons. As a result, all six (6) bottom tier cartons show the wetting pattern from one (1) wet top tier carton. (Please see photos) During our inspection, we found (38) pieces to have been wetted or otherwise visibly damaged. The Auction will be ended when the seller receives an acceptable offer Please see photos provided for an idea of current condition. Being sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". - Packing : Each double stacked Pallet has 12 Tv .Total : 14 Pallets

- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
