| Condition | : | The tractor-trailer was involved in a road accident and was put on CHP hold for 30 days. The original load was replaced by the shipper and consequently this lot is being sold to recover funds from loss. According to the insurance adjuster, there are still the original amount of pallets and bags on the insured’s trailer. Some towards the front were apparently ripped open, but from what their inspector said, it was only one or two. They were apparently damaged upon impact even though there is no damage to the trailer itself. No water or fire damage. the sell by date on the dog food is July of 2020. The Auction will be ended when the seller receives an acceptable offer. Please see photos provided for an idea of current condition. Being sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". Seller Terms
- Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
- This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
