Item Description
This lot of 40 Bales of Mixed Clothing weighing approximately 43,847 Lbs. is being sold in an insurance recovery sale.
This clothing is all Baled / Bundled, some of them were not secured correctly causing some of the bundles to fall during transport and break open. This load was rejected at its destination. There is no other damage to this lot.
There is no inventory, this is just a big mixed lot of clothing intended for a thrift shop / chain store. All these items were intended to be sold retail at their stores. These goods were NOT intended for rags or scrap. All the other information that we have is the total weight and the number of bales.
Seller Terms
- Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
- This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
