    Salvage asset.

    The seller made a complete inspection of this asset and have the following recommendations:

    1- Machine needs to be shipped back to the manufacturer (Sencorp) for a total disassembly of the Forming Station Platens, Trim Station Platen, Stacker, etc.(Components that manufacturer finds to be out of specifications will need to be replaced as the machine is being re-assembled).

    2- Feed Rails and Chains need to come down and inspected and its damaged parts replaced.

    3- Top and Bottom Oven need to come out.

    4- The manufacturer needs to verify the factory the mechanical integrity of the main frame of the machine.

    5- This Machine will need a new Main Control Cabinet and needs to be rewired. It is not recommended the usage of any old components in order to avoid the metal particles dropping into the electronics.

    6- The HMI Panel and HMI Arm need to be replaced as well as the HMI Siemens Scree.

    7- All the guarding and safety switches need to be replaced as well and broken push buttons.

    8- All Gages need to be rechecked and the bad ones need to be replaced.

    9- Miscellaneous Plates, bolts, and paint need to be redone throughout the machine.

    10 - The frame is bent and probably with severely damaged.

    All the items are "AS IS, WHERE IS". Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling.

    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
