    Condition:

    The 6 units being sold were being stored in a hut for the winter. The owner took out their batteries for storage.  Two days after the John Deere 7330 Premium had a part replaced incorrectly it started a fire in a shed where all 7 units were being stored. The 6 other machines were still 'winterized' with their electrical components disconnected until they were to be put back into operation for work this Summer.

    The 7330, which is NOT included in the sale, was taken out of the storage space while on fire before the fire could spread, so none of the other units caught on fire, and only sustained heat and smoke damage. 

    It is unknown whether or not these are in working condition since they were disconnected for storage before the fire.

    This lot of John Deere, Massey Ferguson & Highline is being sold by as part of an insurance claim to recover funds for the equipment that was involved in a fire in April of 2019. Two days after the John Deere 7330 Premium had a part replaced incorrectly it started a fire in a shed where all 7 units were being stored.     • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
