| Condition | : | Brand new surplus, without warranty. Unit was packed back after the inspection nearly 2 years ago. It was made by Brush in 2014. In 2015, it suffered an accident during the transporatiton and only the packaging material was damaged. Against of this fact, the unit was shipped back to the manufacturer and a full test/analysis was carried out. However, all parametres were found to be same with the original manufacturing parameters but the manufacturer does not give warranty referring to the risk of hidden, unrevealable malfunction could occur in the far future. Please see the attached inspection report for more details.
This generator is bonded goods. It means if the final sale happens in EU then further discussion needed about Duty and VAT exposure. If final sale will be outside of EU then there is no VAT nor duty. Seller hand over the generator on FCA terms. So they load the generator on buyer's vehicle. Buyer should arrange shipping and all associated road permits.
It is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". Buyer is responsible for all of the taxes, duties, shipping and handling charges. Seller has the right to reject all bids. |

Visual checking of Generator after Unpacking: The generator was sent back to the BRUSH SEM factory under tarpaulin on the original wooden box bottom. The unpacking of the generator was performed on 13th January 2017. There are no critical damages on the outside parts of the generator. Generator was covered with a layer of a mild dust or sand. Lifting rope prints are on both sides of generator. Paint on first left turbine side inspection cover is damaged. During inspection covers opening, some cork sealings were damaged.

- Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
- This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
