Crane has hydraulic cylinder operating luffing of the jib, will work on the electric supply. Electric motor is mounted in the crane housing. The crane is built specially to withstand te high loadings and corrosive atmosphare present in the marine environment.
Controls: The Crane is controlled from an operator's platform located at the right side of the crane. The control valve divides the oil from the pump system to each of three functions: Hoisting, slweing and luffing. The valves are of the "dead mans" type.
Load Limiting System: Each hydraulic circuit is provided with equipment for limiting hydraulic pressure to preset values corresponding with crane capacity.
Limit Switch: Hook travel up limit (hydraulic) / Luffing up-down the cylinder is designed for safe buffering in extreme poisitons.
Electric Hydraulic Power Pack: The crane is provided with a power pack. Pump motor is installed in the middlie of pedestal, which includes output shaft and driving the hydraulic pump by the connector. Slweing tower (steel structure) is use for oil tanker. Hydraulic circuit has a full flow return filter with changable filter core inserts. Hydraulic power piping will be supplied in SS.
Pump Motor: is rat cage type, wind cooler, insulation grade: IP56, protection grade : F, including 220V space heater, working duty: S1.
Slewing Mechanism: Crane is provided with a slewing bearing designed for marine applications. The gearing is internal. The slewing gear has multi disk brake, slewing motor with double balance valve.
Hoisting Mechanism: Drum with bearing, winch gear with hydraulic operated safe brake, hydraulic motor with single balance valve, drum capacity to take the wire rope on max 3 layers, . Steel wire rope in non-rotating type and galvanized, Min Safety Factor is 5, wire sheaves are provided with heavy duty roller bearing on stainless axles, all axles have grease nippie lubrication
Safety Feature: the crane is designed with manual pump for emergency lowering of load in case of power failure.
