      These Trane Units ­­­­­are being sold as an asset liquidation for its owner. According to the seller he purchased these new and never installed them, engineer had the wrong type of units on plans so we had to swap them. 

      Seller will give a discount for anyone that purchases both units, Shipping and logistics are on the purchaser, unless buyer is within 200 miles of Edinburg TX. If so, they will deliver.

      • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
      • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
