| Condition | : | The gas compressors have been decommissioned and were not required any longer. Some corrosion damage is present after 20 years of service. Items remain operational and will require skilled engineering to demolish and remove items from site. The dismantling process will require onsite operations to cease for a period of time due to reasonable hazards involved in the undertaking. Buyer will cover all cost for removal of the compressors and engage local contractors (electrical and mechanical). All of the items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS".

Item Description
These Centrifugal Gas Compressor sets plus auxiliary equipment are no longer needed by the owner. The compressors have recently been decommissioned and are no longer required for gas supply. The equipment was installed in 1998 and has performed well over the 20 years period.
The equipment comprises of the following (2 sets of gas compressor hardware):
- Compressor motor (6.6KV)
- Centrifugal compressor of multi shaft design (MAN Turbo)
- Common base frame for compressor
- Coupling between motor and gas compressor
- Complete lube oil supply unit
- Hydraulic station for recycle valve
- Process gas system
- Complete Seal Gas System for gas seals (Panel mounted setup)
- Instrumentation and controls (Turbolog gas compressor control system was fully upgraded back in 2011)
- Instrumentation
- 2 set of Flowserve spare seals (1 set fully upgraded)

Seller Terms
- Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
- This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
