| Condition | : | This unit has been re-conditioned and comes with a large inventory of tools and other equipment. Walker-Neer Model S-33 p/b Mack End 676 engine, Hyd Raising Winch, Hyd Conn F/Breakout Cyl, 24'' 2 sheave block w/BMW hook, MTD on T/A railer w/air brakes. Rig is completely field ready include drill line, Sand line and drilling tools, bailers, casing sawb tools, circle jack, jerry barce, sample box, drill stems, sand pumps, drilling jars, swivels, assorted elevators, fishsing jars. It was operating in the field cleaning out and deepening gas wells until being moved when the operator retired. The seller functions the rig from time to time to ensure it is still in working condition and for maintenance purposes. It is currently parked outside in the yard for 2/12 years in Texas. The buyer is responsible for loading, freight and logistics to the final destination. |

- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
