      1. Items are being sold as is where is.
      2. The vendor is responsible for the equipment for removal as tabulated below and transportation off site. All equipment must pass the Atlantic site inspection requirements as outlined in the attached. All vehicles/equipment should be site inspected and ready for use, 48 hours in advance of the required date of commencement of job
      3. The vendor is fully responsible for the strapping and safe removal from site. The vendor must provide adequate straps/chains and pickets for all equipment. The vendor must provide all dunnage and pallets required for safe handling techniques.
      4. Atlantic will dictate the sequence of loading, but it will be done in consultation with the vendor.
      5. The vendor is required to provide one inducted supervisor at our site on a daily basis.
      6. All manpower and equipment must be at our south gate for 7:30 am daily. Standard working days and times (Monday to Friday - 7:30 am to 5:00 pm).
      7. Any charges incurred due to the inability of the vendor to meet the daily equipment requirement will be picked up by the vendor.
      8. All activity must adhere to the site safety and vehicle driving safety standards.
      9. A risk assessment is compulsory before commencement of the job and includes a walk down of the area.
      10. The vendor will be responsible for housekeeping activities on a daily basis.
      11. All badges are to be returned upon completion of the job.
      12. Atlantic will provide a task lead who will manage the activity set.
      13. This job will run for the number of consecutive work days indicated above and will be halted on the last day. Any resources required beyond the last day will incur an additional cost for the manpower and resources.
      14. All weights quoted in the spreadsheet attached are estimates. Upon execution scale tickets will be taken and the final cost for this lot will be readjusted.
      15. Any deviation from the above will result in the halting of the activity at the vendor’s cost

      This lot of scrap steel are no longer needed for operations and are being sold to recover funds and inventory space.  They were used by the energy company for startup motors and were pulled from operations to be replaced.

      Seller Terms

      • Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
      • This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
      • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
      • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
      • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
      • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
