Item Description
This lot of Steel Scrap is an accumulation of materials that have been used and left over from projects. There is no documentation for the materials, and the buyer will be bidding this as one lot. Please see photos for an estimation of scrap that is available.

- Items are being sold as is where is. Vendor is responsible for the equipment for removal,( trucks with 40ft trailers, bin trucks etc) All equipment must pass the Atlantic site inspection requirements outlined below.
- Vendor is fully responsible for strapping and safe removal from site.
- Atlantic will dictate the sequence of loading, but will be done in consultation with the vendor
- Vendor is required to provide one inducted supervisor at our site on a daily basis. Last vehicle needs to be present by 3:00 pm daily
- All manpower and equipment must be at our south gate for 7:30 am daily. Standard working days and times (Monday to Friday - 7:30 am to 5:30 pm)
- Any charges incurred due to the inability of the vendor to meet the daily equipment requirement will be picked up by the vendor
- All activity must adhere to the site safety and vehicle driving safety standards
- A risk assessment is compulsory before commencement of the job and includes a walk down of the area
- Vendor will be responsible for housekeeping activities on a daily basis
- All badges are to be returned upon completion of the job
- Vendor to provide all dunnage and pallets required for safe handling techniques.
- Atlantic will provide a task lead who will manage the activity set
- Vendor is to calculate the number of trucks with forty foot trailers and the number of bins required to meet the required time for removal
Induction ( Required to work on Atlantic job site )
- Induction is conducted at Atlantic site ( Clifton Hill, Point Fortin ) From 8 am to 9 am or 10 am to 11 am Monday to Thursday and alternate Fridays
Requirements:
- UKOOA medical
- Plea ID
- Drivers permit and national ID
Vehicle Inspection
All vehicles working on site must pass Atlantic's Vehicle Inspection
Seller Terms
- Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
- This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
