| Condition | : | The truck tipped over, and when it was being transferred, the some of the cases got wet so the consignee rejected the load. This is all palletized and shrink wrapped. These do not have the MI $0.10 as they were to be sold in MS, so these cannot be sold in Michigan. The product is now on one of our trailers in Memphis. No dock at the seller's facility in Memphis. Seller can move product to buyer's location for transportation costs or move the material to a dock close by to transfer load. Loading costs will be for the buyer's account and should be no more than $250. Please see photos. Seller has the right to reject all bids. |

This lot of canned Pepsi beverages is being sold for a transportation company to recover funds. While in transit the truck tipped over, and when the cargo was being transferred to a different truck for delivery, the boxes got wet so the consignee rejected the load.

- Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
- This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
