This lot of Chocolates is being sold to recover funds for the insurance company. According to the seller this product was rejected by the customer when it appeared some of the product melted due to high temperatures during transit. Seller advised only the top portion of the load showed signs of melting and are now being sold.

Packing:Truffle chocolates in heat sealed foil sachets, typically of 200g net weight. Foil sachets packed in printed paperboard display packs and typically packed in 2 layers of 8 with a corrugated fibreboard sheet between, within a corrugated fibreboard carton. Cartons typically stacked in layers of 10, 7 high on a wooden pallet. Unit load dimensions 46” x 38” x 57”. Pallet loads stabilized with stretch wrap film. Unit loads reportedly packed 2 abreast the container. Shipping documents show that the reefer unit was set a +16C for the voyage.The packaging and reported container packing was customary and adequate.

Seller Terms: Product cannot be resold in current packaging, buyer will assume all liability of the product, no warranty.  A Letter of Commitment will need to be signed by successful bidder prior to finalizing the sale.
