This load of Corn Syrup is being sold to recover funds for the transportation company. According to the seller this load is in a loose tank car. (Buyer responsible for trans loading) According to the seller the original shipment was a total of 4 tank cars, there was a derailment and 3 cars left the track. The one car being sold as salvage was rejected by the customer as the rail car did show slight signs of damage (broken ladder).
Seller will ship by rail for the buyer, please include your destination so I can confirm the seller covers your area

- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
