| Condition | : | The hull has no visible damage to the gelcoat. Stern and transom assemblies has no visible damage (U Joints and Gimbal may need replacement). The topside interior has severe water damages to the cushions, seats, carpet and canvas. The helm has severe water damage to all of the instruments/gauges, wiring, lighting and electronic components. The head has water damage to all the components and pumps. The overboard hoses and clamps were in good condition, bilge has water damage to the bilge pumps, trim tab pump, blower, wiring harness, battery charger, hatch motor and exhaust motor all switches/breakers and relays. Engine space has water damage to all the external components of the engines, alternator and starter are locked, wiring harness has corrosion on the pins, there is water in the oil sump of the engines, engines may be locked. The engine exhausts, overboard hoses and clamps, are in good condition. Drives are in good condition and in need of standard oil change. |

- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
