This lot of Elster Turbine and Industrial Compound Meters is being sold as surplus by the seller. We have been asked to collect bids for the sale of this lot.
These items are still in their original crates and have never been used or opened.

The C3000 Compound Meter is designed for installations where large variations in flow rate can be expected. These flow ranges are measured by utilizing the low flow capability of a positive displacement meter and the higher flow efficiency of a Class II turbine meter. The small meter is a standard C700. The measuring element of the large meter is a standard T3000 turbine meter. Located on the downstream side of the turbine measuring chamber, a changeover valve operates on differential pressure. Before the valve opens, all flow is directed through the C700 bypass meter. After the valve opens, flow goes through both measuring chambers.The C3000 compound meter fully complies with the American Water Works Association Standard C702 as most recently revised.
T4000 Turbine Meters are designed for installation where occasional low and moderate to high sustained flows are demanded. Water passes through the meter without a change in flow direction, driving a helix rotor in direct proportion to the quantity of water passing through the meter. Rotor revolutions are transferred to a register by a magnetic drive. The T4000 Turbine Meter complies with all performance and material requirements of the American Water Works Association Standard C701, II In-Line (High-Velocity) Type, as most recently revised.

- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
