Item Description
This lot of Fresh Produce was rejected by the consignee due to temperature issues during transit. The cargo had an airflow problem causing the rear cargo to sit at 55 & 60 degrees. This lot is being sold by an insurance company to recover funds.

- Brussel Sprouts Produce of Mexico Approximately 715 Lb Gross Weight
- Artichokes from CA Approximately 336 Lb Gross Weight
- Spinach 10 x 16 oz bag From CA 1,050 Lbs X 140
- Power greens 6X13.25 from CA 330 Lbs X 110
- Cauliflower Pulp 80,000 Units

| Condition Description | : | The cargo had an air flow problem which caused the rear cargo to travel at 60 and 55 degrees. The cargo to the front which was the salads traveled at 42, 43 and 45 degrees. (see photos). Seller has the right to reject all bids. Buyer responsible for any loading and/or handling fees. Buyer must verify quality & quantity before removing product from the location. |

Seller Terms
- Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
- This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
