| Condition | : | On approx. mid Oct. 2011 this product got mixed with a small quantity of Palm Oil during loading operations, in circumstances when an open valve at the terminal caused some palm oil to enter the tank and trucks where the soybean oil was stored. As a result, the lot cannot be offered anymore under original specifications. Per surveyor, according to the analysis and opinion of their food expert, the product is fit for human consumption. However, it can not be considered any longer as Soybean oil but vegetable oil. The product is stored bulk in a tank in Barranquilla and loading can be negotiated with the terminal. |

- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
