| Condition | : | Due to disputes involving ship's crew, vessel was deliberately ran aground and legal matter was subsequently settled in court. The owner has now obtained the ship back by court order and wants to sell the ship as scrap. Ship, can't be towed or move on it's own. However, it can be cut at the current location. Please see photos of the outside of the ship for representation of current condition. The vessel is still aground since it hit the sand bank. It can't move or cannot be towed with only one tug boat. It may be required 2 or 3 tug boats to bring out this vessel. Please bid accordingly. |
