Item Description
This lot of Liebherr Crane Model LHM 320 Components was involved in an insurance claim and is being sold by the insurance company to recover funds.
Radius: Forty-three meters (43 m)
Max. Capacity: One hundred four tons.
Description of incident that damaged the Liebherr model LHM 320 crane:

The crane had been disassembled at the port of Miami, Florida for export.

During the process of loading the main body of the crane fell onto the export vessel, the main body was damaged beyond repair. The components of the main body have already been disposed of.

The remaining components which are included in the attached document had been removed from the crane prior to the incident and received no damage from the incident.

Seller Terms
- Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
- This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
