    This 1946 Pullman Budd Round End Observation Kitchen and Dining Car - is no longer in use and is being sold by the rail service company to free up funds.

    This WWII vintage dining and kitchen car  was manufactured by Pullman in 1946 and at the time was state of the art. Relive the past and buy this 85' car as a guest house, starter restaurant or put it back on the tracks. 

    The interior is in excellent shape and includes a coffee bar, kitchen and dining area. The under carriage was certified four years ago.

    The Switch Locomotive in the photographs does not come with the car.

     The car will require either a waiver from the FRA or a complete COT&S with current air test. To move the car will require registration in the national data base Umler. The car is equipped with oil journal bearings which will cause an issue on CSX with respect to movement. Inspection of the car by a reputable passenger car inspector is highly advised.

    • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
