| Condition | : | This vessel is ready in the dry dock for cutting and it is available for scrap. All the engines, accessories and Hull parts are safe and untouched in the vessel. The derricks have been cut and a few minor parts which are all in the warehouse. Please note, some parts of the vessel have been cut and in it's condition it will not permit to be towed. The way it is, it has to be cut. The Propellers are in place. The Hull is still intact but the derricks have been cut and they are beginning to cut a few other parts. Based on this, it is no longer advisable to move the vessel very far. Whoever buys the vessel may want to scrap it in Ghana and load them into containers for exporting. |

- This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
- Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
- Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
- It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
