    According to the seller when the trailer was unloaded the refrigerator unit read 58 degrees. However, when it was pulped by cold storage the temperatures were: Front-12 degrees Middle-32 degrees Rear-32 degrees. During the inspection of the product, the only obvious deviation was the slushie mix had begun to thaw and was refrozen due to the frost on the cartons. However, the rest of the product to include the cheese looked to be in great condition. Seller has the right to reject all bids. Buyer is responsible for any loading and/or handling fees. Buyer must verify quantity at time of, or before loading the product.

    Item Description

    This lot of Bulk Food was aboard a transport truck that experienced refrigeration issues and learned that the compressor had gone out in route. The food was then taken to a cold storage for unloading. The food is being sold by the insurance company to recover funds.

    LOAD CONTENTS:

    • 8 pallets of filet mignon
    • 3 pallets of swiss cheese
    • 2 pallets of random meats
    • 8 pallets of frozen slushie mix

    Seller Terms

    • Salvex and the seller have the right to reject any and all offers.
    • This product is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
    • Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, loading and freight charges.
    • Seller does not offer any warranties or manufacturer warranties.
    • Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Release Order for item pick up. Title transfers from Seller to Buyer upon issuance of the Release Order.
    • It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition.
